Consider this full-time (2 year, renewable term) appointment that will see you provide psychoeducational assessments and ongoing psychological and educational counselling to adults who have specific learning or attention difficulties. Acting as an advocate for these persons, you will make recommendations for remedial strategies and appropriate programs and accommodations. Your responsibilities will also entail providing education, supervision and training to graduate and post-doctoral students, participating in ongoing or self-generated research activities, and the co-ordination, implementation and evaluation of the internship program.

Qualifications
· Doctoral degree in Psychology
· Registration (or eligibility for registration) with the College of Psychologists of Ontario
· Experience with psychological assessments and diagnoses of patients with complex mental health needs
· Training and experience with the full battery of neurocognitive testing preferred
· Demonstrated ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Demonstrated ability to function independently and interdependently with a diversity of health care providers in an interdisciplinary team
· Ability to be self-directed, autonomous and able to adapt to fast-paced, challenging situations
